Rathod Estates is a new-home advisory based in Pune. We exist for one reason: buying a home is the largest decision most families make, and they deserve the full picture before they make it.
A good advisor tells you what the brochure leaves out. The carpet area behind the headline size. The extra charges behind the package price. The case filed against the land. The commute at nine in the morning. That is the job.

Pune first
We are starting with Pune East: Kharadi, East Kharadi and Wagholi. It is the corridor where Pune’s home values have risen fastest since 2022, and where buyers face the widest spread of prices, sizes and promises.
Viman Nagar, Hadapsar and Mundhwa come next, then the rest of the city. We add an area only when we can cover it properly.
