Is Rathod Estates registered with MahaRERA?
Our MahaRERA agent registration is in progress. The number will appear on every page as soon as it is issued.
Do I pay Rathod Estates a fee?
No. Research, site visits and advice are free for buyers. When you book through us, the developer pays our brokerage. It never changes what we write about a project.
Why do you show RERA carpet area?
RERA carpet area is the floor inside your walls. Brochures often quote a larger figure that adds balconies, utility areas or a share of common areas. Carpet area is the only fair way to compare projects.
Does the price you show include everything?
We show the all-in package the developer publishes. Floor rise, view premium and on-possession charges are usually extra, and we list them for each project where the developer discloses them.
Where does your project data come from?
From developer brochures, price sheets and cost sheets where we have them, and otherwise from published listings. Every project page names its source and the date we last checked it.
Do you list every project in Pune?
Not yet. We start with Pune East: Kharadi, East Kharadi and Wagholi. A project appears only once we have its MahaRERA number and a price list we can stand behind.
What does “Litigation disclosed” mean?
It means a case linked to the project or its registration has been published. It does not mean the project is unsafe, but you should understand the case before you book. We will walk you through it.
Can you help with a home loan?
Yes. Your advisor compares offers from several lenders and plans your payments against the construction milestones in the agreement.
Can I get a better price through you?
We ask every developer for the best current offer and check the cost sheet line by line. Where a better price exists, you will get it.
Do you help NRI buyers?
Yes. We can run video site visits, share full documentation and coordinate with your representative in Pune.
