Where to buy in Pune

Kharadi
Pune’s eastern IT hub, built around EON IT Park and World Trade Center. Most new launches here sit in large townships near the river, with prices well above the rest of Pune East.
East Kharadi
Riverside township land beyond Kharadi, across Manjari Khurd and Wagholi villages. Large gated townships with their own schools, clubs and retail.
Wagholi
The entry point to Pune East along Nagar Road, with the lowest ticket sizes in the corridor and a fast-growing stock of mid-rise and high-rise projects.
Viman Nagar
An established neighbourhood next to Pune airport, between Nagar Road and Kalyani Nagar. New supply is small and mostly premium, because little open land is left.
Kalyani Nagar
One of Pune’s most expensive residential areas, on the river between Koregaon Park and Viman Nagar. New projects here are few and mostly large luxury homes.
Hadapsar
A large south-eastern suburb around Magarpatta City and Amanora, on the Solapur Highway. A wide range of projects, from mid-market towers to townships.
Mundhwa
Between Koregaon Park and Kharadi, along the river and Mundhwa Road. A mix of luxury launches near Koregaon Park and mid-market projects towards Keshav Nagar.
Keshav Nagar
A fast-growing pocket next to Mundhwa, across the river from Kharadi. Mostly new high-rise launches priced below Kharadi.
Baner
West Pune’s premium residential area near the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway, next to Balewadi and Pashan, with steady demand from IT and business professionals.
Wakad
A busy residential hub between Hinjewadi IT Park and the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway. Many mid-market projects for IT employees.
Hinjewadi
Home to Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Pune’s largest IT hub. New supply ranges from compact homes to large township phases near the IT park.
